Boy, first grade is a WHOLE lot harder than kindergarten, that's for sure! There's only one teacher and she gave us all three clips at the beginning of the year. Everytime we do something bad in class she pulls a clip off our card. If we get three clips pulled in one day she sends a note home to our parents. And talking during class is a worse thing this year than it was last year. I was getting lots of clips pulled for a while. Then I asked the teacher if I could have my own chair away from my friends during work time so I wouldn't get so distracted and start chatting. I don't get clips pulled anymore. :D We also have much harder work this year. Our class and the one next to us have Literacy Block time where we read in small groups. I'm in Block A. Reading isn't my favorite thing to do, but I can do it pretty well. I like music, art and gym class much more. Daddy took this picture of my kindergarted graduation:

I had a lot of fun at the Holiday Concert this year. I did a good job remembering and doing the signs with the Maine Christmas song. Mommy made a video of it here:

Gramma and Grampa came to visit this summer and we had LOTS of fun. This is a picture of me and Gramma when we went for a walk to gather decorations for Club Stick. Me and Ian built it in the back yard one Saturday morning when the electricity went out.

I still like my blankie, Mommy says I'm probably going to take blankie to college with me. I still like princesses and Barbie and Harry Potter, but my FAVORITE things are Bratz, High School Musical and Hannah Montanta. I still love to listen to music and sing and dance and drawe and write poetry. Aunt Shirley got me a Disney Mix Max MP3 player for Christmas which I really LOVE! Mommy has put some music and stories on it, but I'd really like to get some videos for it. And my birthday is coming up. ::hint hint:: My fish, Princess, died, which made me very sad. Mommy said maybe I can get a goldfish for my birthday cause they live longer. Ian STILL has Dennis and Blinkie and he's had them since he was THREE! When we move, Mommy says we'll have to see if they will let us have puppies, I may not be able to get one yet. :(

For clothes I wear a size 7 on top and 6 on the bottom and size 13 shoes.
