GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is only fair that as you expect Kimber85 Web Productions to be professional and courteous in all business transactions, we expect the same from our clients. Therefore our general payment terms are as follows: After you have agreed to, and signed, our terms and conditions contract, you will send Kimber85 Web Productions a design deposit of 50%. We will then begin work on your site, the more of your own literature and photographic material you can supply us with, the better. Once work has begun we will contact you at regular intervals and show you the work in progress, step by step. When the site is complete and you have approved the final version, you will send the final 50% of the design fee before we launch it onto the internet. For our yearly maintenance contract: All contractual fees will be paid at the time of the signing of the contract. At the time of contract renewal, a yearly payment based on an agreed upon percentage of your design fee will be made to Kimber85 Web Productions, for maintenance, promotion and upgrading. This will continue for as long as the client chooses to renew the contractual arrangement with Kimber85 Web Productions. If a written alternate payment arrangement is made between the client and Kimber85 Web Productions, an outstanding balance of over 30 days will result in automatic termination of contract. For our monthly maintenance contract: All contractual fees will be paid at the time of the signing of the contract. At the time of contract renewal, 30 days after the launch of the site, a monthly payment based on an agreed percentage of your design fee will be made to Kimber85 Web Productions, for maintenance, promotion and upgrading. This will continue for as long as the client chooses to renew the contractual arrangement with Kimber85 Web Productions. If a written alternate payment arrangement is made between the client and Kimber85 Web Productions, an outstanding balance of over 90 days will result in automatic termination of contract.
