First Amendment Library - Case

Hein v. Freedom from Religion Foundation, et al. 06-157 (2006)

Issue: Whether taxpayers have standing under Article III of the Constitution to challenge on Establishment Clause grounds the actions of Executive Branch officials pursuant to an executive order, where the plaintiffs challenge no Act of Congress, the Executive Branch actions at issue are financed only indirectly through general appropriations, and no funds are disbursed to any entities or individuals outside the government.

Who is kidding whom here? This case is just a sham! Why can't everyone simply see that Bush packed the court for just such cases as this? It is all over, we have lost our constitutional republic, and when this court finds in favor of Bush (There is no way they will support the rest of us against the guy who put them on the court in the first place!) we will simply have a Christian Theocracy with the bible as the rule of law. It was all over when the court appointed Bush president in the first place. Now we will just have the finishing touch. Our system of government is not only broken, it is distroyed by Bush and the religions! Goodby Liberty!
